I understand from personal experience, that the purchase of a property is probably the largest financial transaction in our lives. I know that I owe my clients diligence, attention to detail and an open mind to find the perfect property for you.

1. That as a Realtor® I owe my client Loyalty: I must put your interests first, even before my own.  
2. That I must avoid conflicts of interest: I must avoid any situation that would affect my duty to act in your best interests.
   
3. That I must fully disclose relevant information: I must give you all the facts I know that might affect your decisions.
   
4. Protect your confidentiality: I must not reveal your private information without your permission, such as: 
   • your reasons for buying/selling/leasing/renting 
   • the minimum/maximum price you are seeking 
   • any preferred terms and conditions you may want to include in a contract.
