Besides of using the MLS, I will share your property criteria with my network across Vancouver Island. Sometimes it is possible to to view a property bevor it hits the open market.
I will organize all showings, if you are not able to be physically present on Vancouver Island then I will organize a walk-through showing via Video-chat (using either Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger etc.) so that you can view the home from the comfort of your home.
I recommend to my clients to make a home inspection subject to all contracts of purchase and sale and I will only submit an offer without home inspection clause if my client has instructed me to do so in writing.
